Inspired by a tale as old as time, this editorial was fun and daring twist on the classic Beauty and the Beast story. Joining this team of powerhouse vendors was such an incredible experience for us and we decided to go with a very striking and distinct colour palette that would play against the old world French feel of The Ruby Manor.
For this editorial we opted for more vibrant and modern tones based on the classic colours from Beauty and the Beast. We wanted to keep roses as the focus, but added other lush and regal flower varieties such as coral charm and burgundy peonies and peach ranunculus.
We also used a variety of different shades of red, yellow, and pink to create a gradient effect that tied in all the colours together and greenery branches to create organic lines and shape throughout all the instalments.
Our absolute favourite instalment was the one-of-a-kind chair adornment. It was our first time creating a flower frame around a chair and we loved the overall whimsical feeling and dimension it had, and how it framed Marielle beautifully.
